NTIP "Renewal Valued Land Redevelopment Project". ASE and Hong Ching jointly donate to build a new employee services center, which was held the beam-raising ceremony on February 25, 2022.

To meet the needs of manufacturers to expand the factories, and to combine private resources to promote the turnover and renewal of the park, The Export Processing Zone Administration (EPZA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) launched the "Renewal Valued Land Redevelopment Project" in 2018. The project has facilitated the largest joint investment in the history of the park through the adjustment of land use to release old employee services center, tennis court, and the women's dormitory, introducing four companies including ASE Technology Holding Co., Orient Semiconductor Engineering Inc. (OSE), Thinking Electronics Industrial Co. (TKS) and Hung Ching Development & Construction Co. (Hung Ching) to invest NTD 40.6 billion to expand the factory. Among them, ASE Technology Holding Co., and Hung Ching jointly invested NTD 27.7 billion in response to the renewal project, and to build a new employee services center which is worth NTD 180 million to be donated to EPZA. The beam-raising ceremony was held on February 25, 2022. It is expected to be completed in August this year (2022), and it will become a new bright spot for employee services and rest in the park with the surrounding ecological park.
The EPZA Director-General, Yang Po-Keng, expressed his gratitude for all the dedication and contributions from the enterprises in the park. In response to the continuous changes in the industry, EPZA will continue to adopt innovative methods to promote the renewal and reconstruction of the park, which could not only alleviate the problem of land shortage in the park and facilitate the private investment, but also hope that with the joint efforts of public-private collaboration, the renewal of the park could be accelerated and the operating environment could be optimized, to create a win-win situation, so that the Technology Industrial Parks could continue to drive regional economic prosperity and employment development.
In addition to planning and setting up a comprehensive sports venue for table tennis, badminton, and basketball and various training classrooms, the new employee services center will introduce fitness centers and medical clinics to operate in order to provide more diverted courses, sports leisure and medical care services for employees in the park. Moreover, an open ecological park will also be built around the new employee service center, which will create a better resting space.
